Day 2 On day 2 we watched Neal Copeland’s presentation (it’s long but worth watching) and we were given an assignment to watch a webinar presentation on diaphragmatic breathing. Day 3 We watched the follow up webinar (this is what really helped me) and we had to post our breathe method in 140 characters to twitter. Day 4 We watched the final webinar together and completed a ‘doing the method’ exercise. Day 5 I had a short exercise class with Brenda (I just had to squeeze in an exercise class). Day 6 We recorded the first episode of the Power Hour and we then posted the text online. We were then asked to post our thoughts on the notes we received. By this stage we were making good progress and I was chuffed with our efforts. Day 7 … and day 7 was the big day. Our coach was coming to visit and we were to do a guided meditation, which is always a really challenging. But we got it right – our guide was really, really funny – it was a good morning. We also had lunch with our coach, where we got on a lot about bike helmets and anti-theft locks… I was really impressed with my coach and am going to do this again, because he is pretty awesome.
